Ich muss mich erstmal erholen von den Tagen in Paris. Auch wenn es viele schรถne Momente gab, war es nicht immer einfach mit meinem Stiefvater. Mir ist nochmal bewusst geworden, was schon als Kind und Teenager schwierig fรผr mich gewesen war. Was mich mein Leben lang beschรคftigt hat und von welchen schlechten Glaubenssรคtzen ich mich erst nach drei Therapien verabschieden konnte. Manche Menschen passen einfach gar nicht zusammen. Egal, wie sehr man es sich oft wรผnscht. Loslassen was einem nicht gut tut ist ein schwerer Prozess. Aber kann auch sehr befreiend sein. Ich hatte richtig erleuchtete Momente. Konnte mich wehren und Grenzen setzen und am Ende bin ich innerlich daran gewachsen.
